- Membership information: plan level, status, start/end dates (via Paid Memberships Pro).
- Orders & fulfillment: items ordered, quantities, delivery preferences, notes.
- Vendor details (if you register as a vendor): business name, contact info, payout details, product listings.
- Support messages: inquiries, complaints, claims, and any files you share (e.g., receipts, IDs when necessary).
- Marketing preferences: your newsletter and notification choices.
b) Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, time on page, and general location (country/region).
- Cookies & similar tech: see Section 7.
c) Information from third parties
- Payment processors (Pesapal): payment status, transaction IDs, and limited metadata needed to confirm/fulfill your order. We do not receive or store your full card/mobile-money credentials.
- Fraud prevention & security: signals from anti-abuse/anti-spam tools.

- Provide the Site & services: account/membership setup, cart, checkout, order processing, shipping, and vendor tools.
- Payments: process and verify transactions through Pesapal.

When you choose Pesapal at checkout:
- You are redirected or served secure payment pages hosted by Pesapal.
- Jasalex receives payment status and related metadata, not your full card/mobile wallet details.
- Your use of Pesapal is subject to Pesapal’s own policies and terms.
7) Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and remember your cart (strictly necessary).
- Measure performance and understand how the Site is used (analytics).
- Remember your preferences (functional).
- Support checkout and fraud prevention.
