1 Place the correct orderWeka oda sahihi

- Open Buy Our Chicks/Chickens and select the age or product you need.
- Choose an available booking or delivery date shown on that product.
- Choose Kenbro or Sasso where the breed selector is shown, then enter the paid quantity.
- Review the cart, customer phone, location, price, payment method and delivery details before placing the order.
- Keep the order number and use the same phone number or email when registering or signing in.

2 Availability and ageStock na umri

- Jasalex normally hatches on Monday; the same cohort advances to the next age every Monday.

- There is no general minimum order; the product page and verified stock control what can be booked.
- A purchase of fewer than five chicks does not activate the Jasalex Customer role.

- If you need access without a qualifying chick purchase, use the paid non-customer membership route.

- Payment on Delivery may be used where it is shown or confirmed for the order and route.

- Give a reachable phone number and a clear location or collection point. Keep the phone available on delivery day.
- Do not send money to a changed or unfamiliar number without confirming it using the official Jasalex contact.

- Open your order confirmation or My Account to check the order number, products, quantity, payment and status.
- Scan the QR on the chick box or enter the customer batch reference on Verify Chick Batch.
- Read the Chick Care Quick Guide before collection or delivery and prepare the brooder in advance.
- For an order change, cancellation, shortage or delivery problem, contact Jasalex early with the order number and customer phone.

Use the order confirmation, current order status and any delivery message from Jasalex. A cart entry or enquiry alone is not a confirmed allocation.
